Mexican Citizen Receives Asylum After CDV Complaints

In San Francisco this week a Mexican woman who claimed that she had been the victim of decades of domestic violence at the hands of her common law husband received asylum int he United States. An immigration judge found in her favor after the Department of Homeland Security determined that Mexico was not willing to help her. 

This story demonstrates how at every level of the judicial system CDV allegations are taken seriously.
